Direct booking's, a deposit of £50 is required with balance due 30 days before stay ,we do not charge a booking fee, if booked direct ,we are only able to take Bacs and cheque payments.

Cancellation's ,full refund if cancelled 32 days before stay .Non refunded if after that date unless we are able to relet, will be subject to service fee £50.

Check in time is from 3 pm onwards ,check out is up to 10am.

The cottage to be left clean and tidy with bins emptied. We have high cleaning standards which takes time to achieve, when you are cleaning a whole cottage and maintaining the garden.    

We are pet friendly allowing up to 2 well behaved dogs .

We ask for them to remain down stairs only and not on any soft furniture .

We provide two dog bowls poo bags and a towel. with a Mud Daddy, hose  and shampoo in shed just in case they get really muddy ! Please make sure you clear up after your dog and any damage will be charged for.

We are unable and do not allow any EV charging at the Cottage.

There are charging units at Aldi's Buxton and Bakewell sites, Parsley Hay car park and Masson Mill Matlock Bath.

WIFI is part fibre and provided by BT. Please be aware it is a rural area .Mobile phones have limited use and will need to be connected to WIFI. We done have a landline that's takes incoming and emergency only.

Both log burners will be made ready to light on your arrival with a small basket of logs ,firelighters, sticks. Additional  logs can be purchased from our small stock kept in shed .

Biggin's pub Waterloo inn serves food and is dog friendly, Biggin Hall for more formal dining ,as well as Hartington has a selection of places to eat 

Plenty of walks directly from the door, access onto the Tissington trail from the village. Walking guide books and maps in the cottage for guest to use.

Lockable storage for cycles in the shed

Kitchen, tea towels ,kitchen roll ,foil, clingfilm washing up liquid dishwasher tablets ,cleaning products, toilet roll, shower gel and soap, plus a starter basket of logs ,firelighters, sticks. High Chair  and travel cot must be pre booked
